Skipping all songs, 'song not available'

Hi there!

My spotify on my desktop abruptly isn't working at all today. I cannot listen to any songs in my existing playlists (as I've done many times before) or through browsing.

Whenever I click on a song it says 'This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it.'

If I press on a playlist all the songs start quickly skipping without playing at all.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled spotify, also per some other posts' suggestions, have made sure my default playback option is my headphones (also nothing new), and in my settings tried only having 'show songs from downloads' on.

Nothing's working and my desktops sound is just fine everywhere else.
