Some Local Files say "Spotify can't play this right now.", but work on my phone

My Question or Issue

 So I've recently downloaded a bunch of songs by Lil Peep (since most of them don't appear on Spotify). Almost all of them worked immediately as I imported them into Spotify, but for some reason, about 30 of them refuse to play on my PC.

I have saved all of the songs and synced them to my phone, and strangely enough, the 30 songs that I mentioned above work 100% fine on my phone. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or, at least, what is causing this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

tl;dr - Some local files wont play on my PC, but play perfectly fine on my iPhone.

Hey @Fapworthy, help's here.

We suggest that you check out this help article to make sure that the local files can be played on your PC. We also suggest that you enable Spotify on your firewall settings if it's not. 

It might be worth reinstalling the app, giving it a fresh star.
