Some local files skipped from being sync in the Spotify Desktop App.

I have a problem about local files in Spotify, I was able formerly to sync all local files there, but now, I noticed some songs imported from my laptop (.mp3 local files) are not synced, and when I was unchecking the Show songs from Music library from Spotify settings, then checking it again there, and still some songs are not synced, I tried everything in the laptop, even upgrading to a newer version of Windows 10, and it has the same problem. This problem has nothing to relate with special or Latin characters. Need help with it, please. Thanks.

Would you mind letting us know if there are any other troubleshooting steps that you have tried already - like a restart or a clean reinstall? Do you have trouble syncing the files to your computer or to your phone?

We'd also recommend taking a look at this article for more info about Local Files and how to get them to work.
