Some songs cannot be played when offline

As the tittle stated, some of the songs I downloaded cannot be played in offline. Although I had download it and re-download it, it still won't work. But the offline in my Android phone is working fine. I had updated to the lates spotif app but still the same result. And one thing that I notice is that the songs that cannot be played is all the songs that I recently added to my playlist. And by recently i meant about all the songs I added 2 weeks ago. Any help?

You should try a clean reinstall, it should do the trick.
