Someone hacked me maybe?

Yesterday I logged into spotify via my pc and I realised I was connected to a weird device that I did not regognise. It was playing songs and interuppting me so I logged out of all devices and that seem to have fixed it. Today I open spotify and I lost all my playlists and seem to only have a few weird playlists that I did not create. I have since changed my password and was wondering if there is a way to regain my old playlists, I had like a few hundred songs which would be a pain to get back.
