My Question or Issue

Some months ago everytime I was pressing the volume buttons a popup next to the volume was appearing. Even If for some people It was annoying, I found it very useful, especially when playing. But after I had to reset my PC It doesn't show anymore. I searched in every forum to solve the problem. The solution is to go to "Preferences>Display Options" and activate It from there, but that option doesn't show at all. The only ones I can see are "Show unavaiable track in playlists" and "Show friends' activity". I tried updating Spotify, changing language, reinstalling but nothing to do. 

 

P.S: Translation of the Options may not be perfect since I had to translate them into English from Italian.
