Deleted playlist still on follower's profile

I deleted a playlist a while back, but it still appears on the playlist follower's profile (and I really DON'T want this person to be able to see it). I've tried restoring it, changing it to secret, then deleting it again -but it didn't work.

Solved!! Songs getting added to 'my songs' from a label

Hi! Since I used the pre-save option for a song, all of the new releases of the label (STMPD Records) are automatically being added to 'my songs'. I would like to stop this from happening, does anyone here know how I can do that? Thanks in advance!
