Song from My Favorite Coffeehouse Play List Not Playing

The My Favorite Coffeehouse play list continues to stall out because one song on the play list won't play. Can someone fix it or delete the song? It is really irritating to have to have the play list abruptly quit on me every day. This is the song: Whisper in Her Ear by The Milk Carton Kids.

Hmm seems like you're using the Windows app right? Have you checked your preferences and see that 'stream high quality' is OFF. (If you're not a Premium user)

 My settings have always been set so that "stream high quality" is off. I have never had this problem before and it is only with that particular song. The play list suddenly stops and when check on it, there is a banner across the top of the Spotify screen saying that it is unable to play that song. If I could delete the song, I would. But it's a Spotify play list and I can't delete it. I have been using Spotify on this computer and other devices without ever having this problem before. Could someone please look into it? I'm attaching a screen capture. Thank you. 🙂
