Song is stuttering at sec 7-10

Okay so since last week, my spotify is acting crazy. Every song i play is like suttering at the beginning for a few seconds and its pissing me off. I usually never need any help when it comes to technical issues because im a tech guy myself, but this time i tried literally everything i could think of like reinsttalling, deleteing cache, delete regedits and turning off hardware acceleration but nothing seems to work. Is it maybe that the new spotify update is buggy? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Just talked to a Spotify rep. Apparently it's a Account specific bug. I had to do an account transfer, which means, creating a new account, and let them transfer all of your data to your new account. Hope this helps. Good luck!
