Song only plays on desktop?!

Dear reader, 

I am new to spotify and still trying to get used to the app. I like it a lot, however, there is 1 song that I, for some reason, can only listen to on my pc? 

On my pc it plays fine, without trouble, however, when I try to play it on my phone (Android, Huawei P8 lite) it won't play at all, I can't download this specific song either. It does appear in my playlists and total collection of songs in my library. 

The song in question is '21 Guns - Andy Black' (It's a cover of the original green days track). 

Could anybody explain me why I can't listen to this song on my phone? And whether it can be solved or not? 

I have a premium account and live in the Netherlands.
