Songs Not Showing Up on Windows

My Question or Issue

 Hello, 

My Spotify is not showing my songs under "Your Library". It shows all the Albums, Artists, Recently Played, etc. but when I go to the "Songs" folder it shows the "Your favorite songs will appear here..." page. It doesn't add any recently new added songs either. I've tried turning off my computer and logging in and off and that doesn't work. The songs do however show up on my iPhone's Spotify app. 

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
