Songs are cut short

When I play songs in either my Windows desktop app or Android app the song will be cut short. For example a song that is 3:38 long as per the play que will be 2:54 when played. I have tried turning crossfade on and off and setting the time to 0s and turning on and off. I have turned off gapless playback on my Android device and still the problem persists. The amount of time cut off varies by song and is generally 5s and upwards. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue. Please help!
