Spotify doesn't open since some weeks ago

My Question or Issue

Hello friends,

since some weeks ago my Spotify on my PC doesn't open anymore. I've tried everything I found on the internet to fix my problem. Installation works without problems but when I want to start Spotify nothing happens. That's only a PC-problem. The other have no trouble starting spotify.

When I install from a third party site it says that I have to install it from a non-admin account which makes no sense to me since I have only one account on this PC. 

Any advise? I loved Spotify on my PC :c
