Songs are not playing properly

So Im on my PC and for some reason the songs are playing af if their is a filter that turns the volume low and high really fast and i hear cracking, ive tried to restart my computer but no help, I also have premium, im not sure if thats the reason

Im a bit confused about the problem, to confirm that audio comes out crackling from your computer? Does it persist on any other device? If it does not, you should possibly consider it an issue with your speakers, try using a different speaker and see if it persists. If it still does, try changing the streaming quality of the audio.
