Songs not adding to any playlists

My Question or Issue

 Songs and albums won't show up in playlists I add them to any more. I've tried doing it by clicking and dragging and by clicking the ... button and choosing "Add to playlist". I've re-installed Spotify and the issue has persisted.

Update: I've re-installed Spotify again and now all the songs are gone! In one of them there's one single playlist left, and to make things even weirder I tried to add a song that hadn't shown up in one before and it told me it was already there.
