Spotify doesn't play any track

Spotify doesn't play any track

I was having some issues playing tracks, so I decided to uninstall Spotify but when I logged in after restarting it I realized that all the tracks in the playlist were gone, even the ones in other account's playlists. But the real problem is that now no track is playable anymore.


I logged in the web player to verify that the issue was only hardware-related and I discovered that the tracks in my playlists were all they were supposed to be but still none of them was playble. I don't know what to do, I tried many times to log out and in and unistall and reinstall the app but it's not working. Pleas help me!

Hi @ramen_amen

Try restarting your PC, also check out this thread (Specifically the answer from @bitencourt) Also in the web player click the 3 Dots in the top right (if on chrome) click settings, and go down to advanced settings and on hardware acceleration disable it.
