Songs wont go away

Im having a problem. At one time I created a playlist and added a few hundred songs. Some of the songs(maybe all of them) were saved to my desktop. I tried to edit and remove some of those songs, but they keep coming back. What could be causing this problem, and how do I get those songs off my playlist and computer permanently?

I've already highlighted those songs and selected to remove them from the playlist, and I also highlighted them and removed them from my collection..but they keep coming back.

Hey @heatm1ser

I think you should try reinstalling Spotify. It might be that there's something a little off with the program, causing deleted songs to return. 🙂

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.

2. Go to %AppData% in the file explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Reinstall Spotify.

Is it doing the same thing in the web player (open.spotify.com)?
