Songs work on Desktop but not in web or mobile.

My Question or Issue

 I have a playlist of songs that were imported from my local iTunes library playlist. When it imported, understandably, many of the songs didn't "sync" with their Spotify versions. As a result, I manually found all of the songs on Spotify, added them to my playlist, and removed the old local versions.

Now the songs work as they should on my desktop, however, they still don't work on my phone. I checked the web player, and the songs are also unavailable there. It's also evident in the web player that the playlist still references the local files. 

What may be causing this and is there any simple fix for it beyond trying to find each individual song again and hoping it works this time around?
