Sound stops, but the song continues

 My Question or Issue

I've had this issue a while now.

The sound completely stops, song continues, but worst of all, the entire app just stop functioning...

While this is happening, (which last about 5 to 15 sec) I cannot search, I cannot log out, nothing. While the song just basically muted.

I've installed two updates since this first happened. I've tried restarting the pc, the app, and nothing seems to work.

It's getting very annoying, happening about twice an hour now. And I listen to a lot of music, so it's taking its toll on me.

I am sorry to hear that your are having trouble with the desktop app. Can you pleae try a clean reinstall and let me know if the issue still persists?

I've thought about it. Problem with the fresh reinstall is that I'll have to redownload ~4000 songs on really bad Internet. So it's not very tempting, unfortunately.
