My Question or Issue

Spotify app keep showing message that there's no internet connection.

I have full internet connection, other apps work just fine.

Spotify on my phone (Android, same wifi network) works.

Thanks posting here in the Community! We'll gladly help you out.

We recommend that you double check whether or not the app is set to offline mode. You'll find detailed instructions on how to toggle this setting in this support article. 

If that doesn't fix things, some of the apps files might have gotten corrupted and causing such connectivity issues. You should follow the steps here and perform a clean reinstall in that case.

It's also a good idea to check your host file for Spotify entries and if you find any - remove them. This Spotify Answer will guide you through this.
