Spotify App can't start up: SpotifyMigrator.exe The Parameter is incorrect

My Question or Issue

 Recently my spotify could not start up and it keeps displaying this error message, I have tried reinstalling it but it still dose not load up. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Not sure without more info, but have you tried changing the Spotify/appdata/cache lately? If you change where you want your cache to be that's when the migrator kicks in on restart! Check where your save cache is set (default?) In your settings, and if its set for somewhere else put it back in default, or vica versa? May be that?
