Spotify App on Windows 10 don't start correctly / don't work

Device: Lenovo Yoga 720 (2017)

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10, Build 17134.228, Anti-Virus-Software: Bitdefender Internet Security 2018

My Question or Issue:

The Spotify App from the official Windows Store install correctly, but don't start correctly (since circa April 2018).

The App starts but the window is empty and transperent and other windows bugs inside of the Spotify window.

I tried about five times a new installtion. I did a clean installtion with deleting Spotify out of the registry.

But it don't work until today 😕

I hope, that you can help me!

And tell me detailed how I have to do the new installtion, so that I can listen again to music on my Windows 10 device.

Hey @DanGer1916, welcome to the Community.

Hope you are doing great!

Try to disable Hardware Acceleration, just click on the … top left corner, inside the View tab find Hardware Acceleration and next click on it to disable then confirm to restart Spotify.
