Spotify Automatically Adds Every Song I hear to one playlist

My Question or Issue
So I made a playlist for lofi awhile back now and only recently I've had to start removing songs from it because I noticed a pile of songs from my other playlists in this lofi one which I thought was strange because i never added them to it. I did some testing and Its every single time I listen to a completely random song even if the song is in the lofi playlist It moves to the top of my playlist? Every single song. I don't want every song I listen to getting added to my lofi playlist. And yes i have over 400 songs in it. Just A normal playlist I made and not spotifys recommended playlist. And yes I've reinstalled it a few times now.
