Cannot connect my account with facebook account

My Question or Issue

I have been through all of the instructions, but cannot get my account to connect with facebook.

When I use the 'log in with facebook' option, I get the master account of my family plan, but in the Windows app settings for this account there is no option to disconnect from facebook.  In the profile settings for that account I have disabled the option to share with facebook.

When I log back into the app using my other account, the Connect to facebook prompt still comes up when I click on Find Friends, I have logged in several times and it never changes.

What else can I try?

In my opinion, this software needs to be changed to give back some kind of indicator of why it is failing after I log in to facebook.

Also there does not seem to be a way to close the big Find Friends panel on the right of the app, which is annoying because it is basically useless as long the application is not able to establish a connection with facebook.

Ok it has connected with facebook, because I can share a playlist to fb.

I just can't get any response from the big Find Friends button.  It just opens the Connect To Facebook panel every time.
