Spotify I.T. Doesn't Review Analytics Revealing Patterns of User Frustrations, Anomalies

I went to save a song to a new playlist only to discover Spotify automatically created a Playlist the same name as the song, and didnt let me first choose the new playlist name. I then repeated the same process more cautiously only to get two or more playlists with the same name as the song. And how could the system allow two playlists with identical names? Anyways, I ended up with four or five playlists the same name as the song! Lame-o!  

And so its apparent with how easily this happened that the I.T. Team is asleep at the wheel, not noticing this phenomenon will many of its users.  Theres probably thousands of users out there with 1) Playlists the same name as the Song Name and 2) Only containing ONE Song in the Playlist (that song!)

Spotify should 1) Not make it so easy to create Playlists the same name as the song and 2) Pause to allow the user to customize the playlist name before saving the song.
