Spotify Installer installs Spotify at C:/Users/(username)/AppData/Roaming/Spotify

Hey Spotify,

I've noticed that your installer from your website, installs all required files in C:/Users/(username)/AppData/Roaming/Spotify which causes a lot of failures in your software, the one most noticibly not being able to play a single song (Reference: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Spotify-can-t-play-this-right-now-If-you-have-the-f...). But if I move it to C:/ProgramData/Spotify it seems to work just fine and most errors seem to go away. Did something change in your installer to cause this bug, and can you guys revert the default install location back to C:/ProgramData/Spotify when it used to work?
