Spotify Not Working since I updated to Windows 11

I updated to Windows 11 and the Spotify app doesn't work. I don't know why this happens. The web player works and I have tried every fix on the internet to try and fix the app but it just doesn't want to work.

I have fixed the problem by booting into safe mode and then getting out of
it

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, so we can avoid repeating any? Also, please explain in more detail what happens when you try to launch the app or play content.
