Spotify PC app not working

As said above, the spotify app is just refusing to work. I can log in just fine, but my playlists are gone, profile is just random numbers and letters, I'm basically in a complete offline mode.

I have confirmed through the browser that it works just fine, as well as on my phone.

So far the troubleshooting steps that I have tried:
1. Disabling the firewall
2. Adding firewall exclusions

3. Disabling the antivirus

4. Adding antivirus exclusions

5. Changing DNS port

6. Changing to no proxy in the spotify startup settings

7. Reinstalled the app completely

When the app and your profile appear empty as seen on the screenshots you've provided, it's often due to a country mismatch, so it might be worth checking if that's not what happened here. You can do that on your account page and follow these steps if you need to update your country. In case you're using any VPN services, make sure to turn them off while using the app as they could also interfere with its performance.

We've also masked the username, which was visible on one of the screenshots, for security reasons as this is a public forum and anyone can see it. Be sure to double-check for such personal info before posting in the future.
