My Question or Issue

I use the free version of Spotify.

This PC uses Windows 10 (64-bit) Home (1903, build 18362.175)

About half a dozen times recently (over the last month or so), Spotify has become unresponsive, I cannot close that or anything else down (I cannot even bring Task Manager up), the PC freezes.  Consequently, the only thing I can do is switch the PC off at the wall - which is the last thing you should ever do, as anyone knows. 

I don't know whether any other users report this problem, but it is annoying.
