Spotify Random playlist sound mutes and song swaps

My Question or Issue

So my problem is that since like 2 weeks i cant listen to music cause of problems told on the post title 

when i listen to music my music randomly goes mute for no reason 
sometimes it changes songs for no reason
then it mutes itself again 

and i dont mean like some times in a few hours no like every somewhat seconds this happened

i also have the problem that there are super random playlist being generated by my account with only one song in it but i didnt do it 

What i tried swapping password on spotify account and the email that im using also swapped to anew passwort and 2 way auth so yeah im helpless and have to say that if this problem persists that i will cancel my subscription cause i didnt take the hit to give you 15€ a month just for this

If the app is behaving like that, have you already tried doing a clean reinstall (together with a system update for your device) to make sure it's not just a temporary error? Check these steps out in to quickly give it a shot.
