Spotify Rapidly Changing Songs Followed By Error Message

Hello

I got on Spotify today only to find it completely bugging out. When clicking a song from my playlist, the song displays in the bottom, but then the song wont play. Instead, it switches through several songs on my playlist for a half second each, and Im not sure why. Attempting to click aonther song bings up the message: "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can important."

What I have already done:

- Restarted Spotify

- Logged out of Spotify on my phone

- Logged out of Spotify on my PC

- Reinstalled Spotify on my PC

It should be important to note that Spotify works perfectly fine on my phone.

I have also tried:

- Deleting local files in appdata

-Disabling hardware acceleration in Advanced Settings

- Realtek audio drivers have been up to date
