Spotify Won't Play After I Upgraded to a Paid Account

Spotify has stopped working now that I have a paid account. I am using the web-based Spotify. I can't log into the app on my desktop because when I hit log in, it says to go to the website and log in. So I don't know what to do. Could someone help me? Thank you,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

That's an odd behavior since the Premium subscription should not affect your login process. So in this case, since you're using the Web Player, would you mind trying to log in on an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference? If not, we'd also recommend trying with a different browser.

 

If the issue persists, could you check if you're using any VPN connection? If so, we'd recommend turning it off and trying again.

 

Lastly, and just to be on the same page, would you mind checking if the behavior persists using the Desktop app instead of the Web player?
