My Question or Issue

My Spotify app keeps skipping songs extremely quickly for no reason and I have restarted the app, reinstalled it multiple times, looked for solutions around the Spotify community but unfortunately, all of them don't work. 

Is there any way that I am able to fix this? Thanks!

Hi @WillianaXu, thanks for writing.

Do you have any headphones or speakers connected to your computer?

Anyway, since reinstalling the Spotify Desktop App didn't help, I suggest that you turn off Hardware Acceleration (3-dots top left -> View -> Hardware Acceleration unchecked).

If the issue still persists, it might be a driver or Windows system process conflicting with the Spotify app. You can try updating your drivers to see if it fixes the issue.
