Image is not small enough for spotify playlist.

Every time I try to insert a photo onto my playlist, it says it is too small 300x300? And when I find a smaller one it still doesnt even work. I've tried a clean reinstall, and clear the appdata and restarting my laptop. It still doesn't work. someone pls help
