My Question or Issue

The Microsoft Store app version of Spotify works fine on my laptop, but when I click the play button to listen to a song, Spotify automatically closes on my laptop. I've tried everything by resetting and repairing the app, but they didn't work. Please help me.

Thanks for posting in the Community, we'll be glad to help you out with this one.

Reinstalling the app is indeed a good first step, but we suggest that you do it once more following these steps. This way we can ensure that there are no leftover files. 

We also recommend that you give both the Microsoft Store version of the app as well as the one from our website a try.
