Spotify believes there is no internet connection

My Question or Issue

Spotify believes that there is no internet connection and says "Offline", the only way to resolve this issue,I found, is to restart my PC. But this happens so frequently it is infuriating.

I have re-installed many times, making sure there are no remnants left, and this issue still occurs.

Same here. It's something that occurs since about 2 weeks.
I guess it has something to do with a new windows update...
