APP Desktop Windows not works anymore

From begin 2020 the Windows Desktop APP pf Spotify don't works anymore. I try to uninstall and install again but without solutions. The app don't open...

I'd try uninstalling the app again, and then checking if the two folders exist (that are referred to in the above post).  If they exist, then delete them.
