Spotify blocked on PC and Phone

My Question or Issue

Both the Spotify app and website seem to be blocked from my pc and phone for some reason. The issue only occurs on my devices, I've tried to log in to spotify on other computers and phones in the house and they've all had no problems in doing so and they were all on the same wifi. When I disconnect from the wifi on my phone I suddenly have no issues using spotify, but the moment I get back on wifi it stops working. What can be causing spotify to not work on just my two devices?? I've tried everything I could think of, checking firewall, antivirus, router settings you name it. I had NO problems with spotify yesterday. I'm incredibly frustrated as this just makes no sense.

Thank you for your post in the Community. We'd like to investigate this further.

Can you let us know: which version of the app you have?

Also - log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists.

It would also be great if you can perform a clean reinstall to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Can you make a screen recording of what's happening when you switch to Wi-Fi?
