My Question or Issue

After last update my Spotify can't play some songs. Mostly songs of new artists what i didn't listened before. Everyhing what I've added to my playlist before the update i can play without any problems, but some new songs i can't play. It didn't show any error message, it just show empty album cover and empty place for name of song, it's just showing lenght of it but slider isn't moving. I cant even add it to my playlist. Every time when i'll try to do it, nothing happened, bun when i'll try it again, it's acting like the song was added. It'll ask, if i want add duplicity. I've tried to open my playlist in web player and it works normally, i can see the songs what i've added on PC but spotify couldn't play them. I've tried to solve this problem by install older version. That's really problem solving! But the Spotify is upading automatically so every time i'll close it, it'll comes with newest version and im in the same problem. I really dont know what should i do with it, please for some help.

Hey there @corroder5,

thanks for posting in the community !

This sounds a bit weird.

Have you tried logging in to a different device and play the same music ? if not it worths trying.

In addition, please try canceling "Hardware Accelaration" mode under advanced settings to see if it helps.

Let me know how you did 😃

Hey @corroder5 and welcome to the Community.

Hi, I have the same problem. I just tried what you said and it still doesn't work 😕

Hey @mxlin,

Could you please add the details to the thread I linked in the previous post?

Thanks 🙂

Hi corroder5 Try different device.. it will work

Hi

Yeah that's possible, i can try it, but i need to listen to it from this device and figure out the problem. Even if i think, that there's no solving, except of waiting for new update, but i can try.
