My Question or Issue

Spotify can't play music with me I get the error in the screenshot translated to English it says: spotify can't play this now. if the file is on your computer, you can import it.
I reinstalled spotify but that didn't work. Changing settings also didn't work and modifying the host file didn't work either. Restarting PC didn't work either.
spotify web player just works.

Thank you for keeping us posted.

In previous messages, you mentioned that the version downloaded from the Microsoft Store was working but not the one downloaded from the website. Just to confirm, are you currently using the Microsoft version? If so, is it the one that’s working properly?

Well,  I sterted to complimenting too early
Today I was using spotify on my PC, listeining on Loxjie, and everything was okay, I paused music, I was away from pc, an when I came back play button coused problem problem again...

It was easier to fix now, just switched audio output in that menu. Switching to realtek, then again to loxjie and it was fixed, without resterting spotify, disabling drivers

But really, it was fixed for a few days

Could you confirm, that you're experiencing the described issue by using the Microsoft Store version of the Spotify app?

What sample rate have you set most recently for the Loxjie device in the sound output settings of Windows?
