My Question or Issue

Today I tried to turn on Spotify to listen to some music. Unfortunately it skips through my entire collection of multiple playlists and a blue popup comes up at the top of the player stating topic name.

A reinstall did not fix it, nor other suggestions I found in similar topics such as turning off hardware acceleration, changing bitrate on the speakers and more. It will let me download songs but they won't play even when they're downloaded.

Forgot to mention that the web player and the app on my iphone work just fine.

Same issue here.  Worked fine yesterday, then today nothing.

Works on my Galaxy S10+ and Google Home devices.  If I try to play on my Windows 10 desktop from my phone also nothing.

Steps I've taken so far:

Unistall Spotify,

Delete AppData,

Restart,

Disable hardware accelaration,

Installed via offline installer.

I seem to have fixed my problem.

In my advanced sound settings (right click volume icon in the tray, sound settings, advanced) I had set the output for Spotify to always use my main soundcard.  I set this back to default, relaunched Spotify, and it worked.
