My Question or Issue

I cannot listen to any music on my Windows 10 PC, either using the app or through the web player. I get 5minutes at most, then nothing until I restart the computer. Once the track stops, spotify states 'can't play track' on a blue barrier and then I cannot play anything else. I've tried lots of different tracks, non of which work.

I have tried two different browsers with the same effect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the spotify app several times. I have logged out of all spofity accounts and back in again on the web browser only and that still doesn't work. I have cleared cookies etc. from the web browsers to no effect.

 

It appears to work fine on my phone so far through out. I have closed the app on phone (before logging out of everything) to make sure it wasn't interfering with anything. Again, no joy.

 

Any suggestions folks? This is a very irritating problem...
