Spotify cant play this right now

My Question or Issue

So I'm on PC and this issue has been happening for a while now and ive been having to use the web player which is really really annoying. I've posted about this before and didnt get help. ive looked at all recommendations on here and nothing helps (also youtube). im getting to the point where im about to switch services bc i play however much for something i cant even use. help me.

For someone who uses spotify many hours of the day, using the web player or my phone when i normally wouldn't need to is very frustrating. Dont tell me to clear cache or delete local files or uninstall. ive done that multiple times.
