Spotify connects to random devices without any interaction

I'm listening to Spotify on Windows 10, and in the middle of the song it randomly connects other people's iPhones and computers. It changes the devices in like every 3 minutes. I already tried to change my password just in case, it didn't help. Please help, it's super annoying. Thanks!

I'm at my workplace, a lot of us use the same WiFi. It may be connected to the problem.
