Spotify crashes on startup despite all troubleshooting and reinstalling repeatedly.

Kinda just like the title says... Spotify crashes on my desktop for about the last month and a half immediately as I open the program. It started after an update around mid-September. I have been able to successfully uninstall and reinstall it, although for a month it would just crash on uninstall as well. I've followed troubleshooting in other guides here, like deleting all app data and program files, running it as an admin, in safe mode, etc. 

What else can I do to try to get the program running as normal? I'm about to switch to Google Play Music... lol

We are not fortune tellers, so we need more info:

1. What operation system do you use?

2. If it's Windows 10, do you use Spotify from the App store or did you download and installed it manually?

3. If you use Windows, then reinstall Windows because everyone knows that a fresh Windows installation only lasts for about a year.
