Spotify deletes your local files?

So i added Be a king by E-dubble to my playlist through local files and after i listened it took up to 10ish min for it to turn grey and disappear from my local files so my Q is do spotify got a program in spotify that recognizes songs that are not ''alowed'' on spotify and deletes then from the program?

And we want a real shuffle and least played option added
