Spotify doesn't work on my computer ( even on second system )

Spotify doesn't work on my computer ( even on second system )

Plan

Premium ( Family )

Operating System

Windows 10

My Question or Issue

My desktop spotify stops working when i try to start listen playlist client stops on each song for half a second and then moves to the next one, going through whole playlist/album without playing any sound. When i want to play song from some playlist i get message "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it.". Spotify works properly on Web Player (on same system), my Android phone and notebook, but i try to switch on my second system ( also Win10 ) and there he doesnt work too.

What i actually did:

1. Restarting my computer

2. Clearing cache & reinstall Spotify

3. Turning off high-quality streaming

4. Turning off hardware acceleration

5. Enabling crossfade

6. Checking that i have enough free space & memory

7. Relogin

8. Checking hosts file ( C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc )

9. Changing DNS to 8.8.8.8

10. Changing network

I know that probably reinstalling my system will solve this problem but maybe there is another solution.

Having same issue with my windows desktop spotify. If you call up a song or album and click play, it looks like it is starting and the quickly stops. In some cases, it will zip through a whole album, calling up a song and then stopping.
I've downloaded the app from Microsoft and Spotify, and it's the same.
