Spotify doesnt allow me to log in

I have a Spotify premium for students, Usually when i log in on my laptop (Windows) it lets me access it. Now, whenever i were to press log in, the app crashes and doesnt let me sign in at all. When i used a different account to sign in, it was able to go in. So I am wondering if it is a problem with my subscribed account or just spotify bug.

hi, i tried those methods but it doesnt work. When i tried logging into facebook, the app just crashes and nothing happens. The only time it doesnt crash is if i use a different account.
