Spotify freezes my computer when i use google or social medias

Greetings to all, a few days ago i discovered a problem that got me nervous, when i play spotify in my computer and i use google to visit any social media or whatever, my computer freezes with the music and after a few seconds it restarts... i dont think this is normal because when i look at my pc it doesnt seems like it has high temperature.. and i dont know if spotify consumes all of my upc or not, i need help please because i listen too MUCH music!!

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC? We recommend this step as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing.

Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app. 

It's also a good idea to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.

Hello, i forgot to say something more, i tried to unistall and reinstall but nothing... even i read in other post that someone says to disable hardware aceleration and i did it. For a moment, the last solution it was working for a long time, but it was useless.. again spotify freezes my pc and restart it.
