Spotify has not worked on PC for almost a month

I've been using Spotify on PC for a long time now and recently it just stopped playing anything. Every song in my playlist that isn't a local file is now gone and when I play the recommended songs they won't play either. I've reinstalled, logged out and back in, updated Quicktime, restarted my computer and none of that has worked. When I try to play a playlist it looks like this
